The\u00a0Dr. Humberto Pe\u00f1a<\/strong>\u00a0is a plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon, specialized in Buenos Aires, Argentina, currently practicing in Colombia and Ecuador. Thanks to his international training, the doctor is at the forefront in the application of surgical and aesthetic techniques.<\/p>
